Wait List Form for the Jeff McMahon Seminars
Thanks for filling out the wait list form. Enrollment will be limited to a single dog per handler per session to maximize learning. Payment will be required within 24 hours of receiving an email notification that you have a spot in order to secure your spot at the seminar. Payment will secure your spot at the seminar, and you will receive an AUTOMATED order/payment confirmation email which will also be your confirmation for the seminar.
